In spite of all these obstacles, I managed to achieve all R&D goals and also to take responsibility over the empty position – product manager. • Releasing Federation Server – the company's flagship and first released product. The product was made to solve the engineering data synchronization problem in large multi site and multi system engineering projects. • Releasing BaanPDM adapter • Releasing Metaphase adapter • Implementing the system at large Aerospace & Defense customers like Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Honeywell • Managing 15 developers and QA persons • Managing several R&D projects in parallel dealing with the main product development, adapters development, the product SDK development, customers implementation support and customization etc. • Conducting joint venture projects with PD-Tech – a German software company, to develop one of our product's modules. • Presenting the products features, the products architecture and all the technical knowledge at pre-sale face-to-face meetings with European prospects and at web conference calls with American prospects. • Serving as the most senior Israeli manager in the company.
