      Job Description: • After recieve the instruction from the Insurer, we then contacted the Insured representative to arrange site survey; • After arrange site survey time, we arrange a travel request to the company, and asking the approval to the BoD; • During site survey, we should interview the eye witnesses, the person in charge during the incident. After interview, we should take a photographs of the affected building and/or machine and/or stock due to the Incident; • After back to the office, we should make an immediate report to the Insurer, and also a documents request to the Insured representative; • If we need to count the stock to make sure the affected items, we arrange a re-survey to the Insured Represntative. During our count the stock, we make a notes about the description of the goods and the quantity; • Make a Preliminary Report to the Insurer in 1 Week work after the survey; • Remind the Insured / broker if the documents are not submitted after 1 month, and made a "Status Update Report" to Insurer • After the documents already completed from the Insured, we should make a Draft Final Report and also the Adjustment Schedule and send it to the Insurer; • If the Insurer and Insured does not agrree with our adjustment, we arrange meeting with the Insured and/or the Insurer to deal with this matter; • If the Insurer and Insured has been agree about our adjustment, we recieve the Insurer instruction to close the file, we then release our Final Report to the Insurer.
