This includes manufacturing system design, manufacturing planning and control, manufacturing system planning and evaluation, quality and reliability systems, production system networks, and intelligent manufacturing systems. As a Business Analyst Intern:☑️ Participate in a 2-month internship and develop a cost plan for modular wooden house construction. The construction time of wooden modular houses was shortened by 65 days and the speed increased by 27%.☑️ Document research on modular home construction, calculation methods, Indonesian laws and regulations, and house construction phases.☑️ Use PUPR 2017 Simple House Layout to determine the house layout, create a work breakdown structure from team formation to construction documentation, and create lane diagrams for each activity.☑️ Use the activity-based costing (ABC) method to calculate the cost of building a modular wooden house. Identify the various stages from foundation construction to electrical installation and specify each activity. Determine cost drivers, tools, and materials for each activity.☑️ Use Ms. Project to create Gantt charts and perform labor deployment for each activity. Create an S-curve from a modular wooden house construction project.

Integrated System Design Practice I focused to identify casting-made products and design the corresponding casting molds for said product and create a process plan and generate the corresponding NC Program for said process plan in an automated machining process environment. As an Assistant:✅ The responsible practice consists of 5 modules and the number of participants exceeds 200 students. Each assistant will assist 2 to 3 groups of each module, and the assistant is responsible for designing 1 module.✅ Design Module 3 Integrated Systems Design Practice I, Design of sheet metal stamping and forming processes. Design a scoring matrix for participants ensuring they have basic Solidworks functionality, 3D products, an engineering drawing, and report writing. The evaluation result showed that 100% of the students passed Module 3.✅ Use Solidworks to learn more about engineering drawing, use Flashprint to learn 3D printing, and learn basic machining such as drilling, milling, turning, etc.
