Combining Technology, Human Resource Management and Social Media skills is rare, but Yehan has these skills and more to offer. Yehan worked as an Intern on an intensive project I managed, for six weeks from November 2020 – December 2020 for a project in the FreelancingHUB through Deakin University. During this time, he not only participated as a co-operative team member, willing to collaborate with others, but he also demonstrated his ability to think strategically and systematically. I was impressed by Yehan’s ability to provide workable ideas to improve the client’s Social Media strategies and to effectively communicate his ideas and concepts with the client and his fellow team members. Through the internship, Yehan developed a strong understanding of Australian work culture as well as an appreciation of issues businesses have to deal with on a daily basis given complex and difficult external forces.
