      I was part of the Personalized Medicine group that provided warfarin pharmacogenomics consults for patients admitted to the UIC Hospital that were newly started on warfarin. I helped set up the Clopidogrel pharmacogenomics service for cardiology patients who were scheduled for cardiac catheterization.
