Determine the vision and mission of the Association of Ikatan Duta Bahasa Provinsi Jawa Timur.2. Making targets and activity plans for one management period (2021--2023).3. Sending the timeline of activities for one management period (2021--2023) to the Balai Bahasa Provinsi Jawa Timur.4. Leading and approving meeting results, find solutions, and resolve problems when they occur.5. Monitoring the work process of the PSDM Director, HUMAS Director, and SOSMA Director.6.
