The platform can identify over 37,000+ microbes in a single test. * Led the development of Xplore-AI, a natural language processing (NLP) based AI system that collects microbes, drugs, environments, symptoms, diseases from published data and identifies pathogens based on the descriptions. * Served as PI and led the tech team successfully closed one NSF SBIR Phase II grant (1.6 million). Involved in many research projects among different institutions, such as Yale University, John Hopkins University, George Washington University, Temple University, Mayo Clinic and Janssen Pharmaceuticals. * Designed and developed Xplore-IMS system, a laboratory information management system (LIMS) under HIPAA compliance. The system is used for EHR login, sample tracking, report delivery. It is also syncing data with Salesforce and QuickBooks to retrieve client information and generating invoices.
