I am SO grateful to have the pleasure of working with Joe! He is the type of teammate that will always find time to help others learn, and without him, I would be quite lost when it came to our teams work with the creation of job aids, Powerpoints, and webinars. Joe does an exceptional job of looking at any scenario differently than most, and because of that, he can forecast potential hurdles and opportunities to make things 10X better- his attention to detail is something I truly admire! Joe is the type of person that every sales executive and client manager want on their team. Highly competent and a pleasure to work with, client feedback is always positive. During one engagement Joe designed, developed, and delivered an instructor-led training course to rave reviews. At one point, Joe was temporarily pulled away from the project and another facilitator took his place. I immediately received a call from our client asking if Joe could return since he was able to establish a rapport and engage the audience in a way that was unmatched.
