Through a range of modules, I developed my knowledge of leadership and professional development, and enhanced my critical awareness of issues in international and transnational management. I also gained expertise in health and safety management, specifically in ISO 45001 and HSG65, and learned about strategic operations management and operational research in both manufacturing and service industries. Additionally, I honed my research skills and conducted a significant piece of research in a management and/or professional development context through a dissertation project. Overall, my MSc in Engineering Management equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to lead and manage in complex organizational environments, and to conduct research to drive innovation and growth.
