Test machine with a motor that produces a maximum power output of 5 horsepower, capable of lifting a drop weight of up to 100 kilograms to produce a force of 9000 Newtons on impact. Develop the prototype of the machine which consisted of a linear actuator, release mechanism, motor, weight, shaft, claw-like arms and a shock absorber. Utilize AISI 1040 carbon steel to build machine arms, base and shaft for durability and resistance to deformation. Convert rotary motion to linear motion mechanical linear actuator for prototype buildout of a wheel and axle as the mechanism. Connect chain mechanism to pull the weight of the device all the way up with the help of the motor that powers the linear actuator and the release mechanism to drop the weight back down on to the bumper for impact.
