Bio
Thomas Fichtelmann
I´ve personally had the pleasure to work with Yatin Thaker from October 2012 to November 2015, during which time he was my colleague at BRE´s Business Development Division. During this period, we worked intensively together and developed business oportunities related to "constructed wetland" water treatment for high-level industrial clients in the US. Yatin has a keen intellectual curiosity, charismatic personality and hard-working pofessional. Beside the complicating fact that he was a "one-men business" and the only BRE-employee in the States, he was able to outmatch his forecast. Yatin always had a positive attitude when confronted with new challenges and showed high interest and commitment to all the projects he was involved in AND to the people he was working with. He is reliable, proactive, and can work independently as well as on an interdisciplinary/intercultural team. He loves to brainstorm, exchange ideas, active listening and collaborate. Yatin would be a tremendous asset to any company who doesn´t look only for
