Tukbooks is an NGO working in partnership with Bulles d'espoir and the Baan Dek fundation in Thailande. The project consists of offering children access to reading time in their place of residence. It's about equipping a tuk tuk with books so that it becomes a mobile library. Social workers must be trained in the program so that the Flying library achieves its objectives of cultural and educational emulation. Educators have the responsibility of encouraging children and parents to invest in a dynamic of reading and learning. In order to do so we: • Organised a crowdfunding campagne on the "we make it" plateform that reached 114% of its objectives • Created a communication strategy using social media such as Instagram or Facebook but also traditional media such as radio or journals to gain visibility ( "Rouge FM", "Lematin.ch") • Carried out on Saturday April 3, a solidarity march of 42 km through the Canton of Geneva and used funding per kilometer from donors Show less
