Yassine is a hardworking and dedicated technical leader with a exceptional set of skills, allowing him to "improvise, adapt and overcome" any issue he may face. He is the kind of leader who is constantly offering advice and guidance to the team members and making sure everyone is motivated and encouraged. I have learned a lot from Yassine during the last couple of years. It was a pleasure working with Yassine and i highly recommend him.

Yassine possède un talent avéré pour le développement web. Je n’aurais pas pu compter sur un meilleur collègue : son niveau technique et en gestion de projet web sont évidents, et font de lui un tech lead compétent et apprécié de toute l'équipe.

End-of-studies internship with an IT services company in Lille, France. ♦ Marketing automation project (Symfony 3 / React / MS-BI) : I developed a digital marketing platform to help an e-commerce retailer drive sales and better establish his online presence with automated digital ads. My main role as innovation manager was trying new advertising products and technologies, often testing them with a few select partners first then working with management to introduce the changes necessary to our staff training and internal processes before bringing these products to market. These are a few projects / products I worked on :♦ Dynamic Retargeting and Customized Advertising Solutions for eCommerce :We catered to the growing eCommerce market, and were the first digital agency to launch Dynamic Product Ads in Tunisia. We also experimented with many advertising solutions (Perfect Audience, Facebook Dynamic Product Ads, etc) and offered advanced ROI analysis to our clients (deploying and customizing Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce, working with payment processors in Tunisia to better track conversions, and more).♦ Limited Managerial and Technical Recruitment Position :I overhauled our recruitment process to quickly identify and short-list the most technologically capable candidates. I designed online and face-to-face questionnaires and conducted technical interviews with potential hires. A couple of positions were especially hard to fill, and I have found suitable candidates with "surgical" Facebook Ads campaigns.♦ Marketing Automation (e-commerce project)Many of our e-commerce clients were websites with a huge catalog of products, had a positive ROI with Facebook Ads and wanted to further explore re-marketing opportunities without increasing their workload / commitment. I helped automate the following actions :- The FB Pixel implementation (via PrestaShop's display hooks).- The product feed export (daily export via a PHP script triggered by the PrestaShop cron job module).- The ad creation process, by creating various static ad groups, with unique targeting and bidding configuration and each promoting a different DPA product set. This implementation is currently deployed in multiple websites (such as www.vongo.tn) Show less

My primary role was managing the most challenging digital campaigns company-wide. My responsibilities included :♦ Devising targeting methods to identify and cater to the (potential) customers of our client's brands. For instance, I have established procedures and targeting options to advertise to foreign residents with families in Tunisia (a premium target for the banking sector), users with a certain mobile phone operator, 3G/4G capable devices or frequent international travelers (for Telco).♦ Conducting market research to show our (current and prospective) clients the potential offered by digital advertising with the figures to back it up. This market research relies on a compilation of data and figures from various sources (Facebook interests and demographic targeting, AdWords behavioural and placement targeting, in-market audiences, as well as our clients own data and remarketing lists). ♦ Actually launching and monitoring the campaigns. I used primarily Facebook Ads, AdWords and SuperSonic Ads, but I sometimes launched campaigns on programmatic buying platforms (AppNexus) and sometimes on Access' digital properties.♦ Running the ad serving / ad ops side for my campaigns (I used OpenX and Zedo for most campaigns, SMART AdServer for Rich Media), as well as working with our client's web developers to deploy tracking solutions based on simple attribution models.♦ Teaching and mentoring junior colleagues, sharing my knowledge and technical expertise (tag management, conversion and event tracking, targeting and remarketing solutions) and business skills (preparing sales pitches, upselling techniques, etc). The whole team banded together and we developed a centralized reference of relevant targeting methods, placements and marketing resources. Show less

I was the account manager for the leading Telco company in Tunisia and introduced them to digital advertising. I worked closely with the client's digital activation team and was in charge of implementing their online advertising strategy; managing their AdWords campaigns; tracking conversions and measuring ROI as well as various content creation tasks (ad content, adaptation of visual content to fit Google's guidelines, video editing certain video ads for a more appealing Rich Media format, ...). I also had other support roles at Access : ♦ Working with Google representatives from the Telco sector to (up)sell Google products and services - AdWords rich media and YouTube video ads were introduced in Tunisia during that time-period, and Access was the first agency to use these new formats in Tunisia, with content from my client. ♦ A/B testing various content / formats, measuring conversions and social media reach to optimize ROI. ♦ Deploying a new lean and efficient web analytics and tracking system and sharing that expertise with all the team. We convinced most of our clients to switch to Google Tag Manager and fully delegate tag management to Access. ♦ Writing tutorials for our corporate blog, in a bid to step up our content marketing game.
