  Mechanical Engineer responsible to maintain rotating equipment fleet:• Two Gas lift Turbo-compressor:- Solar Taurus T70 Gas Turbine & GE Thermodyn centrifugal compressor RB7B, RB5B et RA5B.- Siemens SGT200-2S Tornado Gas Turbine & DresserRand centrifugal compressor 2M7 & 361B5/4.• Four Turbogenerator: - Two Solar Taurus T70 Gas Turbine. - Two Siemens TB5400 Gas Turbine.• Three Water Injection Turbo-pump: Siemens TB5400 gas Turbine & Flowserve centrifugal pumps 3x11CB.Main responsibilities:• Planning, launching, and following up preventive and predictive interventions performed on different equipment’s and packages.• Follow-up and monitor day to day site activities including precise record keeping & equipment running logs review.• Ensure that scheduled work is implemented in CMMS.• Update the existing procedures for preventive inspections & maintenance of old equipment.• Ensure maintenance procedures are applied and adhered to safety rules.• Carry out efficient remedial action based on RCFA strategy to correct mechanical malfunction or to anticipate a failure occurrence on a daily basis.• Establishment of ITTs (Invitation to Tender) and contribution to the techno-commercial bidding evaluation.• Follow up and verify the availability of parts, materials and required tools prior scheduling and executing the work.• • Set up min max level to ensure spare parts availability as well as their automatic re-order.• Liaise with procurement, warehouse material reception, and support them to identify material and spares.• Investigate & troubleshooting of rotating equipment incidents/shutdown by analyzing and interpreting equipment P&ID, O&M manuals and OEM turbine Service bulletin… • Analyze rotation equipment incidents reports and participate to the root cause failure analysis.• Carry out engineering studies and generating MOC (Management of change) file for some field modifications needed.
