  Worked as part of The Operational Information Management Unit which is the unit of the World Food Programme’s (WFP) Emergency Operations Division Division (EME).Main tasks covered: EME Systems Management • Support the development and the maintenance of the Division’s main systems (OPweb, OIMS, etc.) • Update of corporate systems used by the Division (SharePoint, WFPgo, wfp.org, WFP Manuals) and oversight the archiving processes of EME documents in the corporate data storage (GoDocs) • Support the alignment of the development of other EME systems (OIM, GIS, BC, EPR, etc.) ensuring a harmonised, integrated and informed progress among EME systems and with WFP global strategy. • Assist on the quality testing of the development solution and bug fixing of the Mobile App Solution for the emergency pocketbook. OIM systems development • Support the data integration process on OPweb with the already identified data points from corporate systems and other UN agencies • Support the redesign of the website frontend, including user needs analysis, business plan drafting and development • Support the integration of OIMS with other IM product in the platform including, template finalisation, cost analysis, business plan drafting and development • Support the expansion of OIMS to other Divisions’ products and facilitate the development with the TEC division.Information Systems data • Research and develop of the most updated data innovations to be applied to WFP emergency systems •Measure mobile project performances and monitor project status using appropriate Agile tools and systems (Azure DevOps)• Coordinate user-centric analysis to improve EME systems and products in collaboration with relevant WFP stakeholders • Analyse and implement integrations with relevant corporate • Develop and implement problem solving solutions to overcome systems failures • Provide technical support for corporate simulations and systems.
