  KANGAN Complex, located in Kangan (Busher Province), is planned to be constructed progressively where a C2+ Recovery and Fractionation Plant (CRFP) is designed to recover Ethane, Propane, Butane and C5+ from rich gas supplied throughout a pipeline from South Pars gas field development Phase 12 with subsequent return of lean residue gas (mainly methane) to facilities of the gas plant in Phase12 for export via IGAT #6. In the next phase, the complex developed further with addition of olefin plant (Capacity: 1000 KTPY ethylene using ethane as feed), HDPE (Capacity: 300 KTPY using ethylene as feed), LLDPE/HDPE (Capacity: 300 KTPY using ethylene as feed). In parallel, all infrastructure and utilities required for aforementioned process plants should be established within the complex. SOROUSH MAHESTAN ASALOYEH Company is responsible for development and operation of HDPE plant. 1.2 KANGAN HDPE Units description: KANGAN HDPE plant with ethylene as feed has been planned to be constructed in the KPRC with annual capacity of 300 KTPY using slurry technology.
