      over the operation of the Royal Commission Medical Center and satellite clinics, I continued my job with the new company as Patient Billing Supervisor , as a person in charge of the billing section I was responsible for :- Supervising the section in general, distributing the work load on daily, weekly and monthly basis to the staff(12 employees, 6 of them are data entry clerks ,2 insurance officers and 4 cashiers). Coordinating between the billing section and Royal Commission Revenue Accounting/Finance department where the monthly billing is submitted for further processing (preparation of invoices for paying companies) Preparing the monthly cash invoices and deposits the amounts in the bank. Registering new services and update price lists when needed. Handling new companies registration for medical care. Coordinating between the company and the Health Services Department in R.C in all correspondents related to patient services and new services added. 5- Dec.13,2003 to November4,2008 Nukhba House Medical Service & International Developing Group (NHMS&IDG joint venture) took over from the previous contractor to operate the project for a 5 years contract, myself and all the staff of the billing section got a full support and recommendation from the Health Services Department which supervises the operation of the Medical Center and satellite clinics in behalf of the Royal Commission, to continue with the new operating company (NHMS&IDG). I was offered, as well as my staff the five years contract which ended on November 2008,and my job responsibilities was as mentioned in the previous paragraph. Show less
