I have had the pleasure of working with Yasodha for 2 years during my tenure at Deyaar community management. In those time I’ve not only seen her excel at her core elements but also learn other tasks that extend well beyond the scope of her role like financial reconciliation, handling RDC cases, business development, event planning, site mobilization etc. Her ability to handle the difficult stakeholders effortlessly is impressive. She knows how to manage expectations. She brings in lot of energy to the office that is quite contagious.
