As the salon receptionist my role was to:-Open and close the shop,-Complete the banking at the end of the day,-Meet and greet clients,-Make sure clients had everything they needed to have the best experience with us,-I took bookings face to face and over the phone looking after 8 therapists diaries,-Up selling and having a wide range of knowledge of not only the treatments we provided but also the products we sold and their benefits. As a therapist it was my job role to:-Look after my client,-Ensure that the treatment will meet my clients needs and give advice on other treatments I may think would benefit them more,-Hit retail targets,-Keep my work station tidy,-Set up for myself and also my other colleagues if they were running behind or needed an extra hand.Working in the salon taught me a lot about time management and working well under pressure whilst still proving exceptional customer service.

    • LAMODA X PICK ME UP INC Collaboration
      • 2017 - 2017

I collaborated with fast fashion online retailer LAMODA on an exclusive range to promote a "self love goddess" campaign. Working with their creative director Suzan Selçuk and graphic designer Hannah Kilgallon, we designed a range to promote a positive mindset for easily influenced young females. The range was gifted to over 50 influencers and spread across all social platforms. It was then expanded to a range of cute pin buttons and phone cases which are currently on sale at lamoda.co.ukYou can read my interview with LAMODA here: http://www.lamoda.co.uk/blog/girlsgotskills-yasmin-elizabeth-pick-me-up-inc/
