We export many injection molds and products to European countries and USA, etc. We have an excellent in-house production capability and up-to-date production facilities as well as an outstanding organization structure. Our well trained and motivated employees are our main assets and thus provide for know-how and competence at a high level. We have had very low employee turnover and all our skilled technicians on each of the three shifts have many years of familiarity and training in injection molding. This has resulted in short set up times and efficiency in production with little scrap produced. Each operator understands the importance of quality parts and the necessity for product to ship on time. We work with a variety of plastic resins: ABS, Acetal, Acrylic, Nylon, Polycarbonate, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and Polystyrene. We also can work with customized resins and all sorts of colors.
