      I have been working as a Human Resources Assistant / Recruiter for almost three months (November 2021-Present) at DHA The Recruiting Process of DHAQ against 165 post Step-1:​Applications / CVs are received from the candidates and are saved in folders as well as fed in the computers Step-2:​Screening of all the received applications/CVs is carried out very meticulously keeping in view the requirements of the job, applied for. Step-3:​Short listing is carried out and list of short listed candidates is prepared. Step-4:​Interview call letters are issued to the candidates for initial selection. Step-5:​First Secy, Dir HR, & Concerned Dir conduct the interview for all categories, i.e, Dir TP & BC to Building insp, AD Dev to AutoCAD Opt Step-6:​After the successfully of 1st panel interview. The Selected candidates are interviewed by Executive board headed by administrator of DHAQ (ADHA) and After that Core commander Conduct the interview which is the final interview Step-7:​The candidates scoring the best in all categories are than selected. Selection The shortlisting in DHA is not only done on the basis of application form but to enter the company’s talent pool the applicant is evaluated on different grounds. Interviews are carried out to assist the process of selection, in which the cognitive ability, personality, Confidence level as well as the suitability of the applicant is tested. Problems face Adding Another Category Almost halfway through the evaluation process, the whole of the HR team responsible for the evaluation of applications felt an ardent need to update the categories and introduce another category of “university” & Passing year while entering data. This new category helped a lot in the shortlisting and selection process and eventually in induction. Comparing Results with Previous Induction In the past hiring against 9 posts done in the 3 months Now hiring against 169 posts almost 85% done with in the 3 months Show less
