In my current role with Ericsson Global Service Center (GSC) in the Managed Services account, my main responsibility as Service Delivery Manager is to develop the team competence using Ericsson Managed Services tools found in Ericsson Manage Service Delivery Platform (MSDP) tools and using Ericsson methods, processes & procedures found in Managed Services Telecom Operation Practice (MSTOP). The Managed Services account is Multi-Operator, Multi-Vendor & Multi-Platform, one of my main task is to develop & customize the MSTOP models after the Service Level Agreement (SLA) is finalized with our customer (the operator) and to follow up & maintain internally the Work Level Agreement (WLA) between all Managed Services areas & other Ericsson GSC departments. The customized MSTOP model which I manage for a certain customer (currently Mobilicity - Canadian operator) is covering all areas agreed as defined in the scope of the Managed Services contract (O&M, Network Performance (KPI), Network Engineering (QoS) and Network Optimization…), the customized MSTOP model at the end will contain SLA, KPI, QoS, methods, processes, procedures and tools to achieve the agreed SLA. After the MSTOP model is approved & applied we keep monitoring the network operations performance to maintain the agreed KPIs & SLA by analyzing network operations statistics and to improve Trouble Management and Fault Isolation. We also generate the necessary reports used for the network forecasting and cost studies and analyse them to provide recommendations and action plans. As acting Service Delivery Manager (SDM) we integrate both internal and external innovations to create end-to-end customer experiences. We evaluate their business models from the customer’s point of view to achieve the level of customer-centricity necessary to improve customer loyalty, churn and revenue Project Achievements: (Canada Managed Services - Mobilicity)  Forming Mobilicity CORE BO Mexico new team competence (CC, PC & MPBN)
