Yashoda is a true real estate professional. She had the listing for my townhouse and within days she had several offers on the property. She kept me posted every step of the way. With realtors there are a ton of choices but one of the reasons why I liked working with Yashoda is because this is her career and not her part time job. She was always responsive to all my emails and phone calls. Lastly, I feel it was because of her knowledge of the South Florida marketplace that led to the sale of my property so quickly. After I sold my property I was looking at a rental for myself. I was considering renting straight from the owner. Yashoda was not involved in this transaction but she gave me her advice on the rental even though it would not benefit her in any way. This proves to me that she is just not out for the commission. If you are in South Florida and your are looking to buy and/or sell your home in my opinion there is only one choice as a realtor and it is Yashoda!
