I have had the pleasure of working with Yashdeep as a colleague at KWAN Sports, where we designed and built a Go kart vehicle. Yashdeep is a sharp thinker who can always balance the priorities with beautiful agility. He has an insatiable desire to learn and is always on a quest to increase his productivity. He completes work before deadline and also delegates work among other team members. From preparing documents to handling logistics, he has multiple skills in his sleeve and I consider him as an all rounder. With an uncanny ability to rationalize and see meaning in the vaguest of situations he brings immense value to the team. He is never shy from difficult conversations and tough calls. He has stood up for the team against authorities for the betterment of team and every situation resulted in our growth which eventually led us to completing our project.
