      As a Ph.D. researcher, I designed a high-power wideband active load-pull test set and developed an advanced measurement system configured around NI modules, enables to perform different measurement types on high-power devices, such as Pulse profiling, pulsed multi-tone, and CW active load-pull measurements. Designed measurement system characterizes the time domain behavior of the device. I also involved with the development of the Cardiff model.Traps effect on RF performance of GaN devices is investigated and some of their large-signal effects are achieved. Show less
