I have supervised Yash the past year at eGrove Education. Besides honing his technical skills in React, Golang, PostgreSQL, and UI/UX design, Yash excelled at the core elements of his job such as developing a web version of our Spatial Vis app, learning how to maintain our native iOS/Android code, and developing long awaited features for our software including our teacher interface, which improved the overall experience for our users. He has shown considerable growth in his ability to think critically and take initiative to solve problems independently. Yash is a pleasure to work with because of his positive attitude and his passion for what we were delivering. He is able to learn new things quickly and adapt to our changing priorities. He has a strong work ethic, which is observed by his ability to meet deliverables despite working remotely, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Yash has proven himself to have the perseverance, initiative, and intellectual creativity necessary to succeed in and be an asset to any company.
