Brainstormed various design strategies to improve system interactions and user workflows that handle trades with a notional value greater than 1.5billion USD daily, also working on their proof of concept implementations to ensure the designs come to fruition. Helped onboard four junior analysts into the team by leading regular knowledge sharing sessions on various business workflows and technological nuances along with supervising their projects.

The users are also aided by more statistical and near real-time analysis of the trades made.
