Managing a team including 12 Application Design Engineers and 12 Solution Sales Engineers, responsible in following three main OEM sectors with the team as follows;  MOTION CENTERING (Robotics, Packaging)  PLC CENTERING (Metal working, food and beverage, woodworking, marble, agriculture machines, concrete, asphalt plant, textile, lift)  VSD CENTERING (Crane, Hoisting and HVAC) Analyzing and segmentation of OEM’s with applying centering architecture, following direct and indirect OEM’s, introducing solutions of Schneider Electric to target market, and designing automation projects for target market machines. Determining requirements, redesigning, specifying optimum solutions with Schneider Electric automation products and commissioning for all the machines in OEM. Making trade agreements with machine exporters, controlling revenue, supporting solution sales of technical team, investigating profitability and PL. Responsible in technical supporting for direct and indirect OEM's (Partners), creating and applying technical and commercial customized solutions for the customers. Managing a team of engineers and technicians including 10 members, (three of them were located in İstanbul, others in Ankara, İzmir, Adana and Bursa), creating business plans of the team, determining their future trainings and observing their performances. Designing automation projects for machinery manufacturers with Schneider Electric Automation Products such as PLCs, motion controllers, VSD, HMI, robotics; manufacturing automation panels and remote controlling of projects with SCADA system. Following and completing the process from starting project to commissioning with technical team of customer, documenting the finished applications. Focusing metal working, packaging, food and beverage, woodworking, marble, agriculture machines, concrete, asphalt plant, HVAC, textile, crane, hoisting and lift sectors. Show less
