We are a team of young Architects from India, Pakistan, Since, UK is a developed country, they don't have much land, For starters,, We get site surveys from England & Wales, we are asked to make extensions for their property, loft conversions, add dormers. (According to the client needs) Then, we draft the existing plans & model on Revit, which leads to proposed plans & ultimately a model. Once we make the final drawings on AutoCAD by giving accurate line weights & hatches, the drawings are sent to the clients sitting in England. Once they approve them, we submit an application to their local council, to request for validation & approval. Then, when the council gives the validation, we start the building regulations BREGS (structural drawings) for the client, letting him know where to add beams, columns, pad stones, types of foundations. This is the process of understanding client's requirements & designing according to their needs by giving some of your input & providing them the best possible resolution according to the situation. We were a team of passionate Architects where we used to give our clients one window solution, I used to design Kitchens & Wardrobes for our clients, and doors, Moreover, from designing to implementation of the kitchen/doors/wardrobes at clients site & the 600 delays/challenges that come along the way, dealt with them too. As we all know, "Kitchen is the heart of any house", the detail it takes to design a kitchen is somethin' I have learnt over the past few months. Things that I have learnt. - Front end dealing with pissed off clients - Managing multiple tasks at a time - Make time productive - Make your clients happy - Make productive friends - Be your own Captain - Manage Time Efficiently.
