Yaroslav was a natural from day one in customer interaction and was catching on quickly the technical and developer aspects of our platform In a short time, he was running his own client cases, debugging code, creating new features, advising on system setups and collecting information about customers real challenges withing e-commerce. With a quick onboarding he became quickly a very valuable addition to the team, both in form of being productive, but also as a very ambitious and creative team member. His not backing away from any challenge and the more challenging tasks I gave him, the more productive he became.
