+ Carried out Q/A testing for the newly released products of OMIX, including smart robot cleaner, air fryer, smartphone, earphones, smart wi-fi modems, phone chargers, air cleaner, smart clock, and smart tablet with a team. Testes the updated and new features of the products without releasing them to the public. Evaluated the performance and conducted experiments of the smart robot cleaners in different environments and phones based on different updates. For example, as a team, we updated the MixO application to connect other OMIX products and control them remotely. We tested the app on the cleaner robot, and once the feature worked as expected, we released the new feature. + Carried out A/B testing for the newly released OMIX products. As a team, we analyzed the difference in consumer behavior towards the different colors of the earphones. Asking for sales details from salespeople all over Turkey, we realized that black earphones had a higher demand than white ones. Thus, more black earphones were supplied.+ Worked collaboratively with the company's law department to get the consumer arbitration committee reports by dissatisfied Omix customers. With the insights from customers, we developed new features and enhancements to the products. For example, the cleaner robots’ performance was low. Thus, as a team, we enhanced the existing model to a new one that is automated to stop whenever it encounters an object and moves in an opposite direction. If the robot tackles a new obstacle, it saves it to its memory and does not tackle it again. Show less
