He was our consultant for our technical assistance work focusing on promoting access to finance to private healthcare providers in Cameroon under a Development Credit Authority (DCA) loan guarantee program. I was the Country Manager and he was reporting to me. It was a pleasure to work with him. He was great in coordinating rapid market assessment; organizing business and financial management trainings and technical support on business planning; and engaging one commercial bank to provide DCA guaranteed loan.
