For high-risk dealers, take actions duly, including but not limited to ligation or cancellation; conduct trans-department and cross-company clearing and help prepare legal documents and finish agreement termination. Major working contributions: 1/ Monitored about 50 dealerships with total credit line of more than RMB 2.0 Bil. 2/ Finished high-level reports, delivered presentation to Headquarter of U.S.A on my own. 3/ Identified total 7 dealers with issues of legal dispute, misconduct of management team, group expansion, double pledge or abnormal inventory counting, etc. The amount involved was nearly RMB 0.4 Bil.
