      Getting to know more and how to carry out tasks in accordance with the duties, main points and functions as Minister of Academic & Research at DEMA U Walisongo State Islamic University Semarang 2023. I realized it in organizational proportions by building secretarial, media and partnership, IT support and research-development divisions. Representing that we work as a team to produce work programs that have an impact. Then, some work programs are system-based and use optimal thinking flow, such as the use of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Management, Google Sheet and other Microsoft Office applications. Contemplated and systemized work programs form massive steps and move many parties. And, divide it into incidental, medium and excellent work programs. Such as, Kasetpedia, I-Kaset, Think Cassette, Talk Cassette, BoothCamp Research and Pilmapres or Genwa Youth Summit. I believe, struggle is the implementation of words to reach new hills. Show less
