I had the privilege of working with Yansi at CodeGreen for more than one year. Yansi is proactive, dedicated, resourceful, responsible and a CRM expert. I am especially impressed by how Yansi’s always thinking ahead in her work and collaborating with team members to solve puzzle like problems with little or no instruction in multiple sustainability and ESG projects for leading property management companies such as CBRE, LaSalle and Nuveen to name a few. Yansi put multiple late nights to accomplish client tasks which facilitated the deliverables to be sent out on timely basis. Yansi is a fast learner as she was able to take over Salesforce system within several weeks when she just started and play a vital role in CodeGreen’s ESG data management for almost a year. If given an opportunity, I would be delighted to work with Yansi again.
