(2) Identification of pathogens of pomegranate rot and the study of anti-fungal effects of garlic water extract. Teaching aspect:(1) Guide the undergraduates to complete the experiment and thesis writing for graduation. (2) Guide undergraduates to complete the National Undergraduate Science and Technology Innovation project. (3) Undertake the theoretical courses of “Fruit and Vegetable Nutrition and Analysis”, “Fruit Storage and Transportation” and “Horticultural Commodity Science, as well as relevant experimental and practical courses.
