  Mission BNP Paribas Securities Services In the framework of the merge between BNP and Fortis, I intervene in the migration project of Fund Distribution Support. The goal is to migrate the client portfolios of Fortis & BNP Paribas to the Fund Distribution Support system. (from Aug to Dec)  Verify that the informations presents in older systems correspond to those of the latest prospectus;  Contact the transfer agents to reap the potential missing information in prospectus, but also all the necessary information to place orders;  Quality tests and investigations when the potential differences due to updates by production teams  Update the database Fund Distribution Support. In December I moved from the STATIC DATA project team to the BAU Team.  Manage the follow up the static data problems post-migration;  Run analysis on specifics points to upgrade the quality of the database;  Implementation of operational quality controls;  Run the weekly controls to reduce the risk of wrong parameter;  Training of a new consultant who's working on a specific client;  Creation of procedure and user guide;  BAU work : ◦ creation of new data in the system; ◦ settle all issues which block the dealing desk to pass the orders received by clients; ◦ apply the modification of static data announced by the admnistrator of the funds such as change of name, TA, others fund specifics.
