  • Coordinate and plan events utilizing library system’s internal resources, as well as reaching out to outside vendors to execute library programs • Provide assistance to under-served community members in the utilization of available public library resources such as online databases • Perform an inventory of existing library resources, discard outdated or underutilized materials, and identify collection gaps and acquire resources • Manage an annual budget of $15,000 provided by the City of Los Angeles to purchase new resources • Manage the library’s social media page through different platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook) to promote upcoming events and display a positive image in the community Show less
