Increased participation in the project by 110%. - Assessing the validity of the survey used in the evaluation using complex statistical tools and techniques (Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Cronbach’s alpha). - Communications skills: frequently communicate with all 32 Local Authorities to ensure adequate collection of data and adherence to the evaluation protocols. - Research and presentation skills: carried out the literature review for the study’s pilot report.
