I had the pleasure of working with Yaniv in managing the Santa Light Winterfest project at Canada's Wonderland. Yaniv's ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities made a dramatic difference in the productivity level of our team. He established order through aligning roles and responsibilities, reporting on installation progress, implementing safety processes and procedures, and managing inventory and logistics for millions of dollars worth of stock. Regardless of tight deadlines, new project additions, or unexpected issues, Yaniv made sure team morale was always positive.
