I served the Hyatt Regency for four and half years in this capacity and was responsible for the following:Every Day Bar Operations (dispensing drinks, fixing cocktails and smooth functioning of beverage service)Beverage control (maintaining of the bartenders inventory register) and monthly status for beverage reordering in the bar. Bar Menu and innovating new cocktails during cocktail festivals and promotion. Training of junior bartenders , beverage knowledge, bar operations and bartending techniques. I was my outlet representative for IMAC (Intregrated Marketing and Communication within my establishment) and was responsible to present my outlet beverage marketing plans and team activities every forthnight.
