Skillful in tax avoidance planning on both local and internatioinal levels. ● Motivate the Group’s Informatization Programme by improving the feasibility and efficiency of the IBOSS (revenue, cost and inventory management), OA (expense reimbursement), and BI (data analysis) systems deployed in the Group, and secure successful integration of those systems with ERP (Oracle) for financial data processing. ● Support the financing projects of the Group and overseas subsidiaries in financial model and business plan documentation. Succeeded in helping Kenya and Uganda obtaining loans of €18 million from Standard Chartered Bank; following up financing programme with the World Bank of $300 million in E-commerce programme in Africa.
