★ Serve as project manager for GIS and remote sensing projects related to utilities, transportation, aviation, agriculture, federal (DoD, SDSFIE and USGS), and oil/gas for both domestic and international projects. Effectively manage proposals, budgets and project schedules leading to annual project management at times exceeding $2M. ★ Consistently lead projects for DoD installations (over 2 dozen) relating to utility inventories, imagery/LiDAR updates, SDSFIE updates and airfield obstruction mapping. Current project and GIS client manager for a dozen local water and sanitation districts. ★ Take charge of solutions engineering, developing comprehensive methodologies for a diverse array of projects. Examples include spearheading a safety enhanced and efficient mobile mapping asset collection platform, multiple African agriculture remote sensing site analyses and geometric/utility network solutions for water/wastewater tap analysis. ★ Coordinate production management, QA/QC, server administration, legacy data conversion projects, applications development, spatial database compilation, GIS training, web mapping solutions, and analytics. Processing and analysis of ortho-imagery, big-data (LiDAR/point cloud) and hyperspectral imagery. ★ Maintain consistent success in managing staff, scopes and budgets while adhering to internal and external client satisfaction and delivering technical reports when necessary.

★ Manage LiDAR processing and classification, spatial database compilation and creating models in ESRI Model Builder resulting in comprehensive transportation/urban feature descriptive statistic matrices derived from point-clouds. Additionally, some experience with programing platforms including SQL, Python and R. ★ Use various forms of public and privately collected LiDAR to develop objective 3D streetscape/built environment descriptive data sets to apply to urban livability studies, autonomous vehicle automation and transportation safety outcome studies. Devise methods that led to over $100K in grant funding. ★ Achieved research and academic success in these areas leading to successful first-authoring of 3 reputable peer-reviewed journal articles, 1 co-authored article, 1 conference proceedings technical paper and 6 presentations.
