      SumiRiko Technical Center America .(A Sumitomo Riko Company) • Manage and lead CAE and testing staff to improve NVH and durability performance in both vehicle and product level (Engine mount, bushings, and sound package). • CAE and testing staff annual, growth plan, target setting and performance review. • Managing and keep update of testing equipment calibration schedule to meet TS auditing. • Setup annual budget for testing and CAE. • Promote systematic use of NVH, ride and durability best practices early in the design process to support product development, and practice (DFMEA) to prevent failure modes in products and assist in problem resolution. • Investigate and develop new technology to improve CAE and testing capabilities in term of NVH, ride comfortability, durability, design optimization, injection molding etc. • Define and refine CAE procedures, and develop analysis plan align with CAD models • Professional proficiency in solving problem or providing product development supporting using various CAE technologies: FEA (Finite Element Analysis) model, linear and nonlinear static and dynamic, NVH, durability/fatigue, injection molding, and design optimization. • Lead and project management in developing advance technology to improve vehicle NVH performance; troubling shooting and developing countermeasure for any customer related issues in term of NVH and durability. • Vehicle and powertrain noise and vibration evaluation and reduction; benchmarking and target setting; develop test methodology, set up test plan, acquire data using LMS Test Lab system and analyze data in term of NVH issues; report and present solution to design engineer or customers for noise & vibration improvement; find root cause and develop countermeasure • Testing lab management including: Chassis-Dynamometer, Hemi-anechoic room, 4-post shaker, MTS elastomer testers, Sound intensity probe, B&K impedance tube, microphones, accelerometers and load cells.
