Lead a team of designers that researched and designed a Learning Management System platform for the emerging markets. The team kicked off user research activities in the emerging markets that lead to a switch on the product development process. We managed to put the user at the core of the business, which lead to higher customer acquisition and user engagement in South African schools. I worked closely to residency programs from the world’s top medical schools including Stanford, and Johns Hopkins.
