  As a teacher, I have a broad experience teaching pupils from PYP 3 to the upper grades, which has been beneficial for me to learn more about primary education. During my teaching time, I have learnt so much about managing classrooms, creating a fun and safe learning environment, dealing with parents and other school community members, working on the implementation of the curriculum into classroom practice, and understanding inclusive education for special needs students. Finding out about and implementing new teaching and learning strategies from professional development sessions conducted by the school and from fellow teachers has also been important for my professional development.   During my first year as Vice Principal of Teaching Learning and Thinking, I support and was involved in the development of the school’s vision and mission for preparing students to be independent long life learner.
