  I was awarded a Master of TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) from Monash University with excellent academic background and rich experience in language teaching. I am highly analytical with the high ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions. As the Academic English Department Director, I was mainly responsible for student record management, including recording students’ enrollment, tracking their academic progress, and tailoring individual learning plans. I was also taking on a job of providing counseling for more than 500 clients, which focused on identifying students’ current academic challenges and giving practical solutions. I am self- motivative and able to work under pressure. It was such an honor that I got the chance to involve in and successfully lead the company transformation in my last job. In the past two years, the previous company has faced the formidable challenge of transforming overseas students based into local students based. That is a challenge for me because I need to know the local clients’ needs and adjust our services. But my high learning ability helped me continually explore new solutions and finally lead the transformation successfully.
