  • Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations.• Review financial data and coordinate with finance manager in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements including standalone and consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance to all reporting requirements, submit monthly/quarterly accounts to the Parent Company.• Assist CFO to present financial reports and relevant required documents to board members, stakeholders and executives informal meetings.• Assist with compilation of information for preparation of tax returns.• Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.• Assisting CFO in developing and maintaining forecast models for the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement of the company.• Ensure compliance with the relevant provisions of Companies Law and rules made there-under and other statutes and bye-laws of the company.• Assist Company Secretary for convening and management of all General Body, Board and Board Committee meetings including scheduling of meetings, drafting and obtaining approval for agendas, collating and distributing working papers and presentations, preparing minutes of the meeting and Follow-up action trackers and monitoring compliance of the action items.• Responsible for all statutory filings of forms with regulators including SECP (Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan).• Responsible to disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities, in coordination with the CFO.• Responsible to conduct periodic internal reviews/audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed and maintained throughout the Company.• Responsible for pre/post audits to ensure that audit trail exists for all records and systems.
