I worked with Yalitza for one year, and she was an excellent co-worker. She is an excellent and passionate NOC Engineer, as part of being an autodidact human being, she was always learning new things. As a part of the Claro DR NOC Team, she has showed to be an outstanding employee, always focusing on the satisfaction of the clients while keeping the best quality standards and efficiency. We worked closely with Core Network Devices and Access Network Devices, such as Cisco, Huawei, Alcatel, Zyxel, Stinger and Juniper. We were in charge of the remote maintenance, handling and troubleshooting of those Devices.
