By sheer his will power and charisma, he was the most instrumental person in Koc Holding’s transformation from a Middle Eastern conglomerate to a world-class company and an example and model for the whole Turkish industry. ı was engaged in Tofaş, Fiat Automobile plant at Bursa since its start up in apr 1970 to apr 1982; we were first modern and big automobile plant and lived all the firsts. 1970's were politically and economically and socially unstable. all kinds of unions and worker activities were present. during the same time established tofaş sas basketball & wrestling team. this team is still in the first division in turkey. ı was engaged in Tofaş, Fiat Automobile plant at Bursa since its start up in apr 1970 to apr 1982; we were first modern and big automobile plant and lived all the firsts. 1970's were politically and economically and socially unstable. all kinds of unions and worker activities were present. during the same time established tofaş sas basketball & wrestling team. this team is still in the first division in turkey.
